  Soft, rounded aromas of soft red fruits, violets and creamy oak. This is now starting to open up. Family-owned and very authentic domaine, practising organic viticulture - not to be trendy, but because they are genuinely concerned for their/our environment. Run by three cousins, this consistently excellent estate is based in Chorey-lès-Beaunes, on the road north out of Beaune and opposite the famous hill of Corton. Extensive cellars, immaculately kept. 2014-18.
