  Extraordinary depth and length of flavour define this sublime vintage from esteemed Germain: subtle spicy oak framing a rich, racy, honeyed stonefruit palate with hints of white flowers and brioche. Henri Germain started out in 1973 having learnt his trade well at the family domaine: Château de Chorey-les Beaune. He's recently handed over the reins to capable son, Jean-Frédéric. The chilly Germain cellar produces concentrated, minerally Meursaults that develop slowly.
