Doughty Christine Courrian of the Médoc's Château Chantelys is dedicated to quality and observing tradition. She uses no unnecessary inputs on her vineyards, grapes are hand-picked and harvest remains a time for celebration. Her wines are matured in aged casks as new oak is considered too aggressive.
