  Domaine Vacheron has some of the best vineyards in Sancerre, comprising equal measures of limestone and flint - the first lending wines 'tang', the latter minerality. Organically-oriented cousins Jean-Dominique and Jean-Laurent Vacheron keep yields one-fifth lower than typical local harvests, ensuring concentration and finesse in their Pinot.
