    2008 Sauvignon, Hawke's Bay, C J Pask:Chris Pask was a farmer from Suffolk who settled on some of the best vineyard land on the North Island of New Zealand. His winemaker, Kate Radburn, is at the forefront of the drive to make all NZ viticulture sustainable. Fresh with a distinctly mineral flavour, great with goat's cheese. 2008 Sauvignon, Forrest Estate, Marlborough: From our favourite producer this has the benchmark lychee aromas and tropical fruit flavours with refreshing dry length that made this region famous. 2009 Sauvignon, Greywacke, Marlborough: After 20 years at the helm of Cloudy Bay as chief winemaker, Kevin Judd took a rest for a couple of years before the pressure of friends and fans forced him back to the vat. This is the first vintage of his new venture.
