    White Wine
The iconic wine of New Zealand which derives its name from the eponymous bay in the Marlborough Sound, thus named by Captain Cook on his long voyage of discovery when he stared over the side of HMS Endeavour at the silt-laden waters and said, "This is a cloudy bay" and the name was thus written down in the charts. The wine lives up to its hype. Complex and long, it will continue to develop if you can resist for 6 or 12 months more.
