Red Wine
Château Saint Paul is the result of a union of two plots of vines; one belonging to Château Mornin, the other to Le Bosq, both of St-Estèphe fame. The château and its accumulated 48 hectares are located next to Sociando-Mallet overlooking the Gironde. The wine is a blend of Cabernet (65%), Merlot (35%) and Cabernet Franc (5%). This classic Médoc blend, is matured in wood for 18 months, with around 25 percent new oak. The ?09 has firm, finely structured black fruit, with excellent potential to be a real charmer in 10 years time. Drink from 2015 ? 2020.
