  Sparkling and Cava
  Premium, naturally fermented Italian prosecco. The grapes come from the hills around Valdobbiadene,Veneto. The cold air flowing over the Dolomites at night ensure the grapes keep their fresh and fruity character. In contrast with most Prosecco, Francesco Yello uses the traditional method of secondary fermentation to produce a smooth effervescence and long lasting bubbles. Colour: Light yellow with greenish reflextions. Bubbles: Finely effervescent, long lasting. Nose: Fruity and delicate, fragrance of fresh pears and apples. Taste: Fresh and light with a beautiful harmony.
