  Red Wine
  Dark and intensive burgundy with young wine colour hues, black mulberry, blackberry and cherry with soft young wine notes. Berry fruit are echoed on the exuberant palate, which is mid weight with a soft velvety tannin structure, well balanced with acidity. Wine has excellently expressed vinosity, which is quite common to Georgian varieties. Sapervai is Georgia's endemic variety and has all the noble characteristics making it one of the world's most outstanding reds. 100% Saperavi. Saperavi is rich, fruity wine with bountiful body and great vinosity. Red meat and game fried, grilled and stewed with spices. Excellent with mature cheese.
