  The very beautiful deep ruby colour of the Gevrey-Chambertin 'Les Cazetiers' rightly suggests this to be a rich wine. The nose is already very open, with noticeable wood and very ripe fruits. This wine is then rich and fleshy on the palate. The concentrated attack presents us with tannins which are wrapped up in beautiful substance, with complex aromas of raspberry, coffee beans, peach and coconut.
