  Aged in American oak barrels, this medium-bodied Merlot from Chile's Central Valley has a velvety texture with hints of plum, berries and spices. Perfect with pasta, risotto and lightly spiced red meat dishes. Explorer takes its inspiration from early Spanish settlers who used native birds to help them navigate and explore undiscovered territories. Chile's micro-climates allow each Explorer grape variety to be grown in perfect conditions, producing wines of intense complexity and flavours.
